B: 1 cup hot oat bran with 1 Tbsp SF jelly
6 oz. plain LF yogurt
5 sliced strawberries
S: Atkins dark chocolate shake
L: 1 cup 1% cottage cheese with 2 Tbsp SF jelly mixed in
Clementine tangerine
S: small apple
Light N Fit yogurt
D: (out to eat)
turkey burger on WW roll with lettuce, tomato, onion, mushrooms, salsa
sweet potato fries
Calories: 1300

L: chicken wrap from coco's (grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, ranch dressing,) a few sweat potato fries, small side cesar salad, very small (3/4 cup or so) serving of cream of brocolli soup
S: scoop of greens in water
D:1 chocolate isalean shake with 1 tbsp peanut/flax buter and 1 scoop fiber pro

I did a lot better than the past few days! Not overstuffed at any one meal.
1 hour walk before work
1 egg + 3 oz ham + 1 c nf milk (this held me over lots better - no hunger to fight all morning!)
L: 1/2 huge chicken breast + 2 c spinach/veggie salad with cesaer dressing
snack: 1/3 egg salad sandwich on ww bread
Supper: Birthday for grandsons at Red Robin: 1 4 oz mushroom burger + few fries + 1/2 malt

If I have eggs in the morning, I never get hungry before lunch....does it every time!!
