B: 1 egg, 2 white omelet
1/4 cup LF shredded mozzarella
1 tsp. RS ketchup
L: 1 cup organic low sodium tomato soup
salad with Romaine, cucumber, radish, strawberries, walnuts
6 oz. tuna
2 Tbsp light balsamic dressing
S: Clementine tangerine
D: (leftover Sunday dinner)
chicken breast
medium sweet potato
2 onions
2 carrots
mushrooms
S: Jello SF pudding
Reddi Whip
2 cups decaf chocolate hazlenut coffee
Well, nobody else is posting.....guess I felt like I had to eat enough for all of us. Stayed up way too late tonigh****ching TV and searching cupboards and fridge for something to eat. Managed to consume in the last 2 1/2 hour the following:
2 licks of hot fudge sauce
2 slices WW bread with butter and sugar
3 wedges LITE LC cheese
6 triscuits
handful almonds
2 Tbsp maple walnut ice cream
banana
I think that was all of it. All I know is I have a stomach ache and am now going to bed. Not going to bother trying to add up all those calories.

I'm not posting what I ate today. I decided to give myself a 'free' day. Probably not a good idea, but I don't care. I'm not gonna beat myself up about it. Lets just say I ate enough junk for several carb hungry fat girls and leave it at that.

Yea, I considered sitting down with the whole half gallon! Didn't even enjoy my hot fudge sauce on top of the ice cream!!!

Im back after two birthday parties (Sat and Sun) and a whole day at disneyland yesterday!
B: vanilla isalean shake with frozen organic blueberries
S: 1 isagenix snack and a few raw almonds
L: a few slices roast turkey meat (not luncheon meat), 1/2 a sandwich on a whole wheat hogie roll, roast beef, tomato, red onion, romane lettuce, mustard, mayo and provalone cheese, and a few small scoops of cole slaw
S: 1/2 a raw trail mix bar from trader joes, 1 isadelight chocolate
D:1 chocolate isalean shake
S: no snack

Okay.....went back and counted the damage from last night.....an additional 1000 calories!! I originally had 1300 for the day so my total was a whomping 2300. Actually, not as bad as I had thought but it still added 2 lb of water weight to the scale this morning.
Will drink like crazy today and hopefully will see it off by tomorrow.

I am having a rough time, too lately, lemme tell ya. Those appetite suppressants did help me more than I thought they were, now that I am coming off them it is apparent.
yesterday:
1 pkt hi fiber oats + 1 egg
then: caught up in the moment of fre****alian bread right out of the oven: ate 3 end pieces with some butter on it. Then 1 ounce peanuts - that was my planned snack. As for the bread, I needed to walk away and not eat it any more than I would eat dog food. That is not my kind of food. I paid - dearly - was bloaty all day long over it.
Late lunch: 1/2 huge chicken breast + 2 c spinach salad/veggies with cesaer dressing + 2 rolled up cookies
1 hour of gruesome power lift class - like step aerobics from hell
Supper: 1 c rice + 4 oz pork chop + 1 c greenbeans/mushrooms/soya beans + 1 small lemon bar
I was starving after supper, but held off. I actually went to bed feeling hungry.
