Boy, had a rough day today....missed lunch helping out a friend then grabbed a quick shake before my water aerobics and came home RAVENOUS. The only thing that saved me today was counting calories or I would have eaten everything in sight. Ate way too much salty stuff, but was able to stop myself before getting totally out of control.
B: 2 fried eggs in Pam
1 tsp. RS ketchup
EZ English muffin
2 Tbsp SF jelly
L: chocolate Atkins shake on the way to water aerobics
S: 2 cups organic ginger carrot cashew soup
2 WW string cheese
small banana with 1 Tbsp natural PB
17 slices turkey pepperoni
D: 6 oz. broiled tilapia
medium sweet potato with spray butter
2 cups steamed broccoli
2 tsp. grated Parmesan
S: Jello SF chocolate pudding
Reddi Whip
Calories: 1515
90 oz. water
Exercise: 1 hour water aerobics

Kim...guess it felt rough there for a couple of hours this afternoon cause I was not in control and grabbing everything in sight to eat. Good thing I only have healthy choices in the house....LOL. Peanut butter is a trigger food for me though (especially when combined with a banana) and something that I've always perceived as a "cheat".
I guess it's the whole negative thinking thing for me. Eating that would normally just make me say, I'd "blown" it and give me permission to keep right on going. I did stop and add up the calories I had consumed though and what I was gonna have for dinner and realized that had to be it for the afternoon. Thank heaven's for Daily Plate!!

Thought I had class this afternoon/evening so I spent all morning and afternoon trying frantically to catch up on the homework I was behind in, just to find out my professor is sick and the class was canceled. Oh well, at least I'm caught up now! My dd had a soccer game today...It was actually snowing while she played soccer! Crazy cold! I still can't feel my fingers!
My day:
1 hour wog before work
1 whey protein drink with 1/2 c pom/blue juice
Snack: 1/4 huge chicken breast
L: 2 ounces corned beef + cabbage + 1/2 c potato casserole + 2 cups salad with assorted veg w/lite dressing
Snack: the rest of the huge chicken breast
Supper: 2 cups hamb helper with lots of veggies + 2 slices bread + 1 c nf milk (heh heh...kind of ate a lot right there! BURP)
1/4 c rum raisin ice cream DH peer pressure; he bought it for me.
