Well, got on the scale this morning and lost 7.5lb last week!  YIPPEE 

Adjusted my ticker and hope to be out of the 270's once and for all next week.  That's a total of 10lb since 2/23, although I really just started being vigilant about the whole thing last Monday.  Gonna have to put my Beck principles to work this week cause week #2 is always more of a challenge for me.

Kept my calories between 1100-1550 last week and no sugar or white flour....had 3 hours of water aerobics.  Gonna try to do about the same range this week and see where the weight loss goes.  Will then look at the numbers next week and adjust from there.....would really like to shoot for about 2lb/week....would be really happy if I could continue at that pace.
