What did you eat today? 3/8/09

B:  1 cup hot oat bran cereal with 2 Tbsp SF jelly mixed in
      1/2 cup blueberries
S:  strawberry Atkins shake
L:  Had the kids and grandkids for Sunday dinner and made a delicious chicken dish....
     (split breasts and leg quarters in large pan with little bit EVOO sprinkled in bottom, cut potatoes, carrots, onions arranged around and amidst chicken pieces; cover with large can crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper, sprinkle of Parmesan and cooked in 400 degree oven for about hour and half; I covered it for about a 1/2 hour of that time)  Delish and the kids liked it too!
      1 chicken breast (with skin...crusted with tomato sauce....too good to give up)
      2 carrots
      1 onion
      (no potato)
      2 cups steamed broccoli
      salad with Romaine, cucumbers, radish, walnuts, sliced strawberries
      10 sprays Asian dressing
D:  Ezekiel English muffin
      1 HB egg
      2 Tbsp Light Miracle Whip
S:  1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
      2 Tbsp SF jelly
      tangerine


Calories:  1200
     
Weigh in tomorrow and I'm anxious to see what all these healthy choices have accomplished!

Sherrie, you've been doing so well on you're plan, I'm sure the scale will reflect that. Tomorrow is my weigh-in day, and I can't wait to see if my good choices paid off too.

D: lemon pepper fish fillets ( 2 carbs)
     2celery stalks w/1 tbsn pb (3.6 carbs)

Hey girls! Its broken and bruised Stac  finally out of bed! Today I didn't eat much more snacked than anything but went to the grocery and spent 300 bucks! So this week to come will be wonderful....SEVERAL new recipes that I'll share

Today
B: Slept so I skipped
L: 2 chicken fresco style soft tacos from taco bell 340
D: Turkey breast sandwhich on whole wheat bread 285
S: 2 cheese sticks 160
apple with carmel 70
banana with carmel 145

1000 today and yesterday I didn't post but Ate very little proably 800 calories I think its the pain meds

Yum! I love Sunday suppers like that.

My day yesterday:

1 waffle + 2 tbsp syrup + 12 oz 2% milk  + 1 HB egg + 1 english muffin (carb over load!!!)


snack: cauliflower + turkey meatloaf + 2 tsp mayo + lettuce wrapped on that

Supper:  1.5 c chili + 1.5 svgs tortilla chips + 1 oz cheese


later:  3 cookies
