Extremes?
Ok.. I read that the BEST foods for a fat fast are macadamia nuts and cream cheese.
So.. I had an ounce of macadamias around noon
an ounce around 3:30
and I'm gonna run to the store and get cream cheese... and hope I can get through a few days doing this.
I HATE THIS CHIT! But.. lol I'm like.. so desperate... for like a year.

Boy, I could go for some of both of them right now!!! Unfortunately they don't quite fit into my plan. I think I like yours better.

This is NO carb, and calorie counting for 3 - 5 days to force your body back into the state of ketosis.
If you lose well on 1000 cal, you can up to 1200. Hunger isn't an issue - the fats keep you satisfied.
5 meals a day .. meals are
1 oz macadamias
2 oz cream cheese
2 egg YOLKS only w/whole mayo
2 oz of tuna in 1/2 avocado
3 oz ground beef (with the fat)
