broken rib

Well my fitness will be put on halt for a little while...
Slipped and fell today while hanging pictures in the kitched and fell into the corner of a table. I broke a rib on my right side and am in terrible pain...not sure how much I'll be posting.

Oh Stacy.....so sorry to hear that.  Not much they do for a broken rib either and they're painful!!  My girlfriend fell walking her dogs today and broke her ankle.  Not a good day in the bone department.

I feel for you.  I broke two ribs back in 2003 in an accident and it was the absolute worst pain of my life - drugs didn't help me at all.  Every breath was painful - and there was no sleeping for about two weeks.  I hope your pain is a lot less than mine was.  Good luck.

Oh Stacy! I'm so sorry! That really sucks! I hope you feel better soon!! 

Youch! That is one thing I never want to find out about! My grandma broke hers in a car wreck...she said that was by far the worst thing that has ever happened to her - even heart surgery!
