Where is everyone?  Everybody fasting today?

B:  1 cup hot oat bran with 2 Tbsp SF jelly mixed in
      1 cup blueberries
      2 cups decaf coffee
L:  salad with Romaine, carrots, radishes, cucumbers
      10 spray dressing
      6 oz. Albacore tuna
      1/4 cup 1% cottage cheese
S:  1 medium Gala apple sliced with cinnamon
      1 WW string cheese
D:  (ate out at Italian steakhouse)
      9 oz. filet mignon
      2 cups steamed broccoli
      Part of antipasto salad....lettuce, red pepper, 1 slice salami, 2 cubes Fontina cheese
      2 Tbsp oil & vinegar dressing
S:  cup of spiced Chai herbal tea

Calories:  1562
80 oz. water
Exercise: 1 hour water aerobics

Definantly NOT fasting today, trying not to give in to major temptation!! I was visiting with a friend today (who KNOWS about my diet). She was eating a huge thick bread sandwich in front of me while her pregnant 18 year old daughter ate chocolate easter eggs and talked about eggnog, candy canes, cadbury cream eggs, and other seasonal goodies. OMG I want a cadbury cream egg so bad I can taste it!! I keep telling myself that the yummy taste would be a momentary satisfaction, and then I would feel terrible for falling off the wagon. And that I like how I've been feeling ON PLAN more than I like the way that junk tastes. I've almost got myself convinced, but not 100%. I have to go grocery shopping in the morning...I hope I can stay strong.

B: Atkins shake (1 carb)
     bacon
L: 4 hot dogs (4 carbs)
D: taco salad (10 carbs)
     3 celery w/1 tbsp pb (3 carbs)
S: sf jello
     tea w/cream & sweetener (2 carbs)

Carbs: 20

HW: 460 (12/18/14) SW: 419 (6/4/15) CW: 330 (10/19/15) Mini goal: 319 by 10/4/15

I'm proud of you, Heather for resisting that temptation today....give yourself a BIG pat on the back for that one.  Everyone of those makes you a little stronger and better able to handle the temptation the next time.

Now don't let that Cadbury creme egg (never could see what people saw in those things....give me a good piece of chocolate anyday over that) get the best of you at the grocery store this morning.  You just avoid that aisle altogether and you'll feel sooooo good!

Sorry I'm posting so late! My son went to the ER today and he has yet another ear infection and he has a cold! It got really bad around 4 30 and dr wouldn't see him so i couldn't wait until monday so off to the ER we went poor baby! Anyways have a gander at my too low intake day!

Stacy....hope that little guy is feeling better soon.  Those ear infections are wicked!  So hard to stay focused when all of that is going on in your life.  You did well despite it all!  Keep up the good work.
