Calories: 1430 so far
All I want to do today is eat. I'm like a bottomless pit. I can't get my mind off food. I fought with my best friend yesterday so I know it's emotional eating - I need comfort. I wish I didn't turn to food.

Oh, Janina....can you get outside and take a walk? It's so beautiful out today (in upstate NY anyway). How about some protein....string cheese? Also herbal tea really seems to soothe me.

Janina, it's good that you're aware that you want to eat for emotional reasons, and your calorie total isn't bad so far. Just be mindful when you eat, and if you go over with your calories forgive yourself and do better tomorrow! You can do it!!
