LOVE IT!!! Its 50 calories per scoop which one is all you need and man oh man does it really curb hunger! I had to force myself to eat becuase I had only had 255 all day!!! Just wanted to share my new found love. Got it at CVS buy one get one 1/2 off!!

Thanks! Have you tried this product? I was just wondering if it actually curbs your hunger cravings/"rebuild muscle tissue after workouts"?  Also, any Atkins plan eaters out there who've tried this??

I haven't done my Atkins Induction yet but I started using Designer Whey from Super Supplements last spring when I was considering WLS. It really does curb appetite, but there are sugars in it so I figure I will have to give it up for Induction and maybe forever. Until then though I use it as a mid morning snack and it helps me not overeat at lunch.

according to the nutrition info above, it only has 3 net carbs, so I don't see why it wouldn't be ok with Atkins. Its a natrual product, isn't it? The sugar is not added, and there's not much. How does it taste? How do you prepare/eat it? Thanks!

Heather, I'm not an atkins lady but I'll answer the taste part. I've had it two ways one just the way it says...1 scoop 5 oz H20 and some ice...blended in my magic bullet and ta da! It wasn't super wonderful for kinda nice cool treat and just now I took about 1 C frozen fruit(strawberries, pineapple and peach), 1 scoop vanilla whey and 5 oz water and this is YUMMY! Milkshake texture and super tasty. 150 calories and not sure about the carbs...sorry sweetie I'm not much help. But def try it out. You'll love it....also girl it curbs hunger like no other!!!
