QOTD
Good Grief, don't we all live with this one. My DH can eat whatever he wants....cuz he actually has a metabolism. The way I get around his sweet tooth is to only have goodies in the house that he likes. He loves dark chocolate so I buy him the Hershey's sugar free dark chocolate and I am temptation free. I don't like cooked fruit, so I bake him sugar free pies that are all cooked fruit. He's from Georgia, so of course peach is his favorite! Like I say, there's always more than one way to skin a cat!

yes I have removed ALL the temptations and I have to say it is the ONLY way to go! yesterday we took the fam to Togo's for lunch (it's a sandwich shop) and in this particular Togo's it is a Baskin robbins ice cream shop as well, well as I was eating my turkey sandwich on wheat, I was watching all these skinny people getting their ice cream with no worries and I was thinking why? why is it that I have been so overweight all of my life and these people probably have no clue what it feel's like as they enjoy their ice cream! But I figure we ALL have our crosses to bear, mine just happens to be weight issue's no telling what those people have to deal with other than weight, so that's life right! it is what it is!
