100 calorie "smart" treats...
I'm a fan of snacking...its one of my MANY poor eating habits that I either have or am trying to overcome. Snacking still being my hardest one!! Thinking I was being smart and buying pre-packaged snacks that were only 100 calories...oh how stupid. I read the labels today and oh my goodness! I can't believe how much JUNK is in that crap! Its really no better than chips or anything because for the amount of snack you get...if you ate that in regular potato chips, you'd proably be at the same place. Plus I looked at lays potato chips and its potatos, sunflower oil and salt. These 100 cal things had 20 plus ingredients in them. I suppose I'll stick to my celery and carrots as my snack. I just wanted to share for those of you who think they are good...they can't be with all the unknown CRAP going into your bady. Just FYI

PS: My sister just found unsalted, roasted sunflower seeds online. Takes her hours to eat a cup full (including shells - no, she doesn't EAT the shells...). It's a way to have her mouth busy without blowing a bunch of calories. I figure it's so much work to get at that little seed, you probably earn it.

I'm always hungry after eating one of those premeasured snacks. All they do is stimulate my appetite. And you are right about the ingredients - very scary.
