It's caffeine withdrawal. You will get over it soon. Congrats on quitting.

Way to go Stacy!! You've been doing great cold turkey!! Just keep at it, caffine withdrawls are terrible!! I get all headachey and cranky and no one should be allowed near me! I'm not too addicted to soda, but I've been drinking coffee again almost every day....I gave it up for a long time, but now I'm back to it. Darn addictive caffine!! Stay strong!!

It's definitely caffeine withdrawal, Stac. Just drink plenty of water to keep hydrated and it shouldn't last much longer at all.
Congratulations!! Getting rid of diet soda and those 100 calorie treats and you're changing those bad habits one at a time. Celebrate your little victories.

I used to get the caffeine withdrawal headaches too. There is a homeopathic that helps. It's called coffe cruda. Little pills go under your tongue and disolve quickly. They have been around for years in the naturapthic world. Can't hurt you and may help. They really helped my headaches when I quit coffee. Now I get a headache if I drink more than 1 cup :)
Shouldn't cost more tha 5-6 dollars, maybe less.
Hang in there.
