New diet... Has anyone tried it??

I havn't heard of either of them, but judging by their names they sound like fad diets, and probably don't cause any lasting weightloss, in fact they might harm your matabolism. Just sayin, IMO, I'd try and find a plan that is well established and then research it to see if you think it will work for you.
I've never heard of the Extreme Fat Smash diet so I looked it up.

According to this article, it is a formula diet that you have to follow to the letter, it's low glycemic, and it has stages. Sounds like Atkins to me! They say it is for no nonsense dieters and you can lose twelve pounds in three weeks. Thatsa notso bad.
What are the specific foods that you are allowed to eat ?
