Well today was weigh-in day. I'm trying to stay positive. I havn't weighed in for almost 3 weeks, and was eating everything in sight for two of those weeks. I was hoping that whatever I gained would be gone after sticking to my plan this week, but I'm up 2.3 lbs. Like I said, I'm trying to stay positive, I'm sure I lost this week, I just have 2.3 lbs more to lose before I'm back to what I was.

Keep at it, Heather! I'm glad to see both of us back on plan....any kind of plan!
You sound a lot like me in managing to sabotage after a period of good effort. I would recommend getting The Beck Solution out of the library and just reading through. I know a lot of these principles aren't new to me, but maybe I was just ready to hear them.....after 50+ years of dieting. Can't hurt!
