Good morning! I've been really crazy lately with all kinds of stuff, but I'll check in on one of the easiest days of the month to do so. The "what did you eat today" post is hard for me to do until after the day is over most of the time because the only "sure thing" for me is that I'll replace breakfast with an IsaLean shake to maintain my weight loss.

However, yesterday and today are "sure things"!

Getting ready for yesterday, Saturday night I took IsaFlush and extra magnesium to get things moving along!

Yesterday I had
B: 20 oz water, 4 oz Cleanse For Life, 1 natural accelerator
20 oz more water
Trip to the gym for 30 min cardio and some weights/abs

Repeated the Cleanse/water 4 times throughout the day, and had a second accelerator at about 2pm

Snacks: Isagenix snacks (little wafer things that calm hunger and steady the blood sugar), a few raw almonds, two slices of mango

That's what's on the menu for today as well. Think of it as an oil filter change. Everything will taste better tomorrow, not to mention how awesome it will be to have that morning shake! This routine not only keeps me at goal weight, but clears out the junk that is inevitable to contact in our dirty world. When's the last time you brushed your teeth? Do you plan to do it again? Why?????

Do you happen to know how many net carbs are in those no sugar, low carb fudge pops? I'm looking for something cold and satisfying for when the weather actually turns warm. thanks!

That's an awesome plan for the day!  Do you make everything in advance?

Not hardly!  I planned dinner early in the day cause I had to defrost the chicken, but no....no advanced planning.  I was actually surprised when I put everything into Daily Plate that it came up so few calories.  I was very satisfied and didn't get hungry once....unusual since I've been pigging out lately.  I had really just decided to make healthy choices and eat when I was hungry...no counting calories or anything.
