I dunno, maybe cause I'm still new to my eating plan, In my head I have an eating plan, and an exercise plan, and for now, they don't depend on each other. I've been trying to get some exercise in, but as long as I stick to my plan I don't feel guilty if I don't. Do y'all think thats an ok way of looking at it? I have been struggling to stay on my plan, so that's my priority now, not exercise. But I know that to build muscule (which burns fat faster) I have to exercise, and that as I loose, my weight loss will slow, and I will HAVE to incorporate exercise into my daily routine.

You're on the right track! Your focus right now should be your food plan but as you said, eventually you'll have to incorporate exercise into your plan. I think these quotes are relevant to different people at different times so take what's helpful and ignore the rest (or all of it;-)!
Exercising daily helps ensure you stay on plan 'cuz if you don't, you feel like crap!! BTDT!
