Without being too personal, I think it depends on the type of activity you need it for and how you're built. As you can imagine, vigorous activity with large boobs needs to be supported with a heavy duty, binding type sports bra (can be found at a specialty athletic store or website); moderate activity, not so supportive (can be found at a store such as Target) and then something like yoga (especially if you're moderate or on the smaller side), no support necessary - just one of those shirts with a built in bra.
