Trash Ingesters
Today I ate tra**** was bad for my body.
B - Medium French Fries from Jack in the Box
L - Sirloin Burger w/ Onions and Swiss Cheese from Jack in the Box
D - Shepard's Pie
S - Activia
When I started my day off late and made the decision to eat at Jacks I knew I was going to start the day off on the wrong foot. However I didn't think it was going to be THAT bad! After checking the calories on that burger I was astonished, it's a whopping 1070 calories! That's a couple hundred more than I expected. The worst part was it was pretty good and I didn't feel as gross as I normally do after eating at burger joints.. Sigh that was the 1st and last Sirloin Burger for me!
Overall Calories 2406 which pretty much breakes even... But the percentage of fat that I ate today was soaring... Tomorrow's meals are already planned. Let's see if I follow through.

Ohhh I'm also so sorry you had one of those trash days!!! I know it just sucks. I did that to myself on Valentines Day. I don't know what in the he!! I was thinking! I was so mad at myself and then I was sick to my tummy for HOURS!
My advice is just hang in there. Start tomorrow like it didn't happen. You can jump on the train just like you jumped off. Plan those meals and whatever you do Just Stick With It. You can do this!

The burger had grilled onions and swiss cheese and it was larger than most burgers at Jack in the Box but 1070 is just crazy. Generally I don't like to eat half my calories in one burger.
Today will be better, thanks for the encouragement. Stay away from Sirloin burgers everyone! They are all over 1000 calories.
