I'm new to this board. I've been lurking for a while. I really like all the support that you all give each other. And I'm one who needs alot of support. A little bit about me. I'm a 33 year old female. I weigh 380lbs! I'm starting weigh****chers today.  I've done WW before but never make it past 4-6 weeks. Thats my problem with any diet plan, I never seem to stick to them for long.  I hoping and praying that this time is going to be different. I want/need this time to be different.  I'm sick of being fat!

Welcome aboard!!  We're here to help you stick to your plan as long as possible.  I post a thread everyday to include your daily menu to help us keep accountable.  It might help you (it helps me tremendously to know that if I screw up, I have to post my screw up and I don't want to be embarassed, so I avoid a lot of things because of it).

Hi there! You've come to the right place for support! The people on this board are wonderful! I'm in the same boat as you are, I'm almost 30, and since I've been off my plan, I'm sure I'm back up to 385 (at least!) Welcome!

Welcome to the non op board.  Around here, we are always trying to figure out what triggers us to go off plan.  If you truly are sick of being fat, it sounds to me like you have 4-6 weeks to figure out what causes you to lose your courage and give up on yourself. 

For something to change, you have to be committed to doing things differently than you've always done them.  Until then, dieting is pure hell.  It might help if you go back and read some of our past discussions about behavior modifications and self esteem issues.  Let us know some of your issues and maybe it will help you to know how we've dealt with them.  You're not alone in this struggle, we're all on this journey together!
