Hello All. Its been a ruff weeks, Daughters b-day party, TOM, lots and lots of running around here and there= CAKE, FAST FOOD, CHOCOLATE, ETC.
Its been bad, anyway been beating myself up and fed up. So, Here I am, I think mostly Ive havnt been around because I was ashamed and beating myself up, so I havent posted. So, anyway, Here I am AGAIN!
Breakfast- 7 mini cheddar sausage links, celery w. cream cheese, 2 slices of cheese.- 4 carbs
snack- atkins shake- 1 carb
Lunch- low carb wrap w. chicken, bacon, ranch, lettace, cheese- 5carbs
snack- celery w. cream cheese-3
Dinner- Fish fillet, w. broccoli in cheese sauce- 5carbs
total carbs- 18

D: double quarter pounder w/cheese, no bun, mayo lettuce, tomato, bacon (5 carbs)
S: sf jello

I saw some exercises on a news program this morning that used exercise bands. I tried them, mostly strength training. About 10 min, not much I know, but I figure it's better than nothing!!
