Hello All. Its been a ruff weeks, Daughters b-day party, TOM, lots and lots of running around here and there= CAKE, FAST FOOD, CHOCOLATE, ETC.
Its been bad, anyway been beating myself up and fed up. So, Here I am, I think mostly Ive havnt been around because I was ashamed and beating myself up, so I havent posted. So, anyway, Here I am AGAIN!

Breakfast- 7 mini cheddar sausage links, celery w. cream cheese, 2 slices of cheese.- 4 carbs

snack- atkins shake- 1 carb

Lunch- low carb wrap w. chicken, bacon, ranch, lettace, cheese- 5carbs

snack- celery w. cream cheese-3

Dinner- Fish fillet, w. broccoli in cheese sauce- 5carbs

total carbs- 18

Way to get right back on the horse!! I'm back too! (as of yesterday) I'm not weighing in till next monday, so I don't know how much damage the past few weeks have done, but I'm not gonna worry about it right now.

I saw some exercises on a news program this morning that used exercise bands. I tried them, mostly strength training. About 10 min, not much I know, but I figure it's better than nothing!!

Whadaya mean ten minutes is not much?  When you go from doing nothing at all, ten minutes is like a Jillian workout!  Strength training, huh?  I want to see a pic when alla those muscles start showing! Body Builder

lol, well don't hold your breath! It's gonna be awhile before any muscles show through all my blubber, but I'LL feel stronger, and heathier, and thats what counts!!
