    1 light Yogurt (90 cal)
S: Nature Valley Granola bar (170 cal)
L: Lean Cuisine (330 cal)
    1 Gala Apple (80 cal)
S: Nature Valley Granola (170 cal)
 D: 6" Veggie Delight Sandwich from Subway (230 cal)
    6" Chicken Breast Sandwich from Subway (310 cal)
S: Cup cake (uh oh) (200 cal)

Calories: 1640

I have been on the garbage diet....

B - Fiber 1 bar and 1/2 turkey sandwich
S - green grapes
L - Shepard's Pie w/ brown gravy
S - Bannana
D - TBD

I haven't been entering my food in fitday but I am going to start today.  I'll post dinner/calories when I get home later around 11.

I was down to 196 but now I am back up to 201

Hi Neen!!!!

My day:

woke up too late to walk before work...was going to try doing a 30 min wog before work plus 2 classes at the Y for conditioning this week, but screwed it up already.

1 whey protein drink

weird eating from about 11-2; ate the following at varied intervals:

1 high fiber bar (230 cals)

1/2 c taco meat + 1/4 c refried beans

1 small protein bar (150 cals)

1 medium apple


After work at the Y:  2 classes:  Butts N Guts + power step aerobics = 60 minutes.  i was dripping sweat after that second one.

Supper: 2 ww rolls with butter + 1/2 acorn squash filled with sausage/cornbead stuffing.

Back on the wagon! Yay!

B: 3 pieces of sausage (1 carb)
S: Atkins bar (3 carbs)
L: Atkins bar (3 carbs)
D: quarter pounder w/cheese, no bun, pickles, mayo, lettuce, tomato,  (5 carbs)
S: bacon
     sf jello
S: Atkins bar (4 carbs)

Carbs: 16

My exercise for the day: I cleaned the house! took me 4 hours but it's done, got a bug for some spring cleaning, I think it should count as excercise since I wasn't just sitting on my rump!

HW: 460 (12/18/14) SW: 419 (6/4/15) CW: 330 (10/19/15) Mini goal: 319 by 10/4/15

D - Buffalo Chicken Breast Strips from Bennigans

Total Calories for the day 2423.... I basically broke even, which is better than what I had expected.  Zero exercise...
