I haven't been entering my food in fitday but I am going to start today. I'll post dinner/calories when I get home later around 11.
I was down to 196 but now I am back up to 201
My day:
woke up too late to walk before work...was going to try doing a 30 min wog before work plus 2 classes at the Y for conditioning this week, but screwed it up already.
1 whey protein drink
weird eating from about 11-2; ate the following at varied intervals:
1 high fiber bar (230 cals)
1/2 c taco meat + 1/4 c refried beans
1 small protein bar (150 cals)
1 medium apple
After work at the Y: 2 classes: Butts N Guts + power step aerobics = 60 minutes. i was dripping sweat after that second one.
Supper: 2 ww rolls with butter + 1/2 acorn squash filled with sausage/cornbead stuffing.

My exercise for the day: I cleaned the house! took me 4 hours but it's done, got a bug for some spring cleaning, I think it should count as excercise since I wasn't just sitting on my rump!
