Hey Toots, yanno one of the benefits of long term eating healthy and being aware of nutritional food and how it makes you feel, is that junk food loses it's yum factor. When you haven't had sugar for a while and then you eat something sweet, it becomes way too sweet and you are grossly aware that this is crap!
It all takes time and practice...practice and time. Did I mention it's a lot of time and practice?

Awwe Toots, it's not your taste buds that you have to convince, it's your brain! You have to stop and ask yourself WHY you would be willing to do this to yourself. You deserve the best in life, so what is going on in your head that says you need to eat junk...what purpose would it fullfill? And while you are thinking on that, go do something non food related to get you physically away from the junk. If it isn't near you, you can't put it in ya mouth! This is all a head game and the more victories your head scores, the smaller you get. Eventually, with time and practice...you win! And while your at it, get your "heart" in the game, too!
