B: Jimmy Dean Bacon, Egg, Cheese Muffin (300 cal)
Coffee w/moo juice (30 cal)
S: 1 cup frozen strawberries (defrosted) (140 cal)
L: Bagel w/butter (500 cal - whoops...)
S: Cup cake w/frosting (200 cal)
Pretzels (300 cal)
D: 2 eggs scrambled (140 cal)
2 piece toast w/ a little butter (300 cal)
Calories: 1910 - 200-300 over my limit - ****
Rough day today - just bored and feeling lonely; loads of emotional eating. My triumph, however, was leaving a CVS with NO EASTER CANDY!

1.25 hour walk - very fast, BIG hills. Lots of housework
1 pkt hi fiber oats + 1 egg + 1 banana
8 ounces nf milk + 1/2 of a 6 inch pizza
Later:
whey drink, greens
Supper: butternut squash + sausage stuffing - YUM
Tonight: dancing, drinks at a Blues Club.
