Hi Neen! 

My yesterday:

1 whey protein drink

1/2 c sliced apples

L:  4 ounce HB patty with cheese + pickle spears


Out to happy hour with pals:  couple chips, 1 warm tortilla + large beer + 1 shot tequila

Supper: 6" pizza made at home, 1.5 heiny lite beers

I missed veggies all day long....work was a ***** and I was stressed and waaay too busy.
