B: Coffee w/moo juice (20 cal)
    Light Yogurt (90 cal)
    South Beach Cereal Bar (140 cal)
S: Gala Apple (80 cal)
S: 1 ounce Almonds (170 cal)
L: Lean Cuisine (330 cal)
S: SF CIB Shake (150 cal)
D: Only the fish from 2 lean cuisines (400 cal)
S: Fat Free Hot Chocolate (140 cal)

Calories: 1520


*Last night, out of pure curiosity, I weighed myself and it was a major mistake; I went up from 267 to 275 in 3 days.  Granted, I just got off Atkins (so I'm bound to gain some weight) AND I have my period, but I was devastated.  After I got over the shock of gaining 8 pounds in 3 days, the first thing I wanted to do was figure out how to FIX this.  Right now, I'm reading Bob Harper's book "Are you ready?" and "The Biggest Loser 30 day Jump Start".  Both have nutritional and exercise advice.  On top of that, I looked up a few nutritionists in my home town.  I want some seriously "tailored" help.  I want one on one attention for my personal problems.  And if I'm still having major issues, I'm going to see an Endocrinologist and see if there's anything they can do.

I made an appointment with a new nutritionist for March 3rd.  I'm excited.

Good for you, Janina....a nutritionist and endocrinologist certainly sound like the right route to take.  I'm just about at that point myself.

B:  2 eggs fried in Pam
      1/8 cup grated mozzerella
      1 Tbsp RS ketchup
L:  Greek chicken salad (ate out)
      iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, tomato, feta cheese, grilled chicken
      2 Tbsp Greek dressing
D:  5 oz. roast chicken
      Italian green beans with spray butter and 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan
S:  1/2 mini banana cream pie....bought for my SO, but think I'll make him share (1 serving pie)

I think the endocrinologist is a good idea! You know of course that 8# in 3 days cannot be real weight...that is water.  Atkins does keep tissues low on water; one carb function is to retain water in cells. You get an A for effort!

My yesterday:

1 whey protein drink


1 small roll + 1/2 large chicken breast + carrots

2 rum + diet cokes

3 small burritos (over time out to supper) + chips + salsa
