What did you eat today? 2/18/09
Yestarday meal plan went alittle differently, the fish I was gonna eat was freezer burnt (ugh) so got 1 double cheeseburger at Mcdonalds, had a small salad on the side.
Breakfast- 7 mini cheddar sausage links, jello, w. whipped cream, sting cheese
snack- string cheese
lunch- chicken, bacon wrap (skinless chicken, low carb wrap, ranch, bacon, lettace, cheese, yummy!!), jello, cheese stick
snack- jello w. whipped topping
Dinner- 1 Fish fillet, cabbage, broccoli (I am making Wet Burritos for the family tonight which are one of my favorite foods, I am gonna have my dinner ready before I make theirs, that way while I am making it and get bad cravings I will have something to put in my mouth!! I am going to be strong!!!)
B: Coffee w/FF Milk (20 cal)
Light Strawberry Yogurt (90 cal)
South Beach Peanut butter cereal bar (140 cal)
S: 1 Gala Apple (80 cal)
1 Ounce Almonds (170 cal)
L: Lean Cuisine (390 cal)
S: SF Carnation Instant Breakfast Shake (150 cal)
1/2 cup of mini carrots (20 cal)
3 strawberry tomatoes (15 cal - SOOOO good)
S: 1 ounce Almonds (170 cal)
D: 1/2 cup fetticini w/tomato sauce (100 cal) - but threw it up
S: No snack

Hey Trish! I took my own advice and had a few victories yesterday! LOL. I did not eat some scumptious enchiladas being offered...I did not eat carrot cake in that Slippery Place others call the breakroom...I did not eat after supper...I did take a walk even though a meeting was later than I thought.
Morning: a few asanas before work
1 egg + 1 pkt hi fiber oats
Later: 1 orange
1 c mixed berries + 1/2 c cottage cheese + little bit of cereal + 1/2 chicken breast lite breading
Snack: 1/4 ch****n breast + 1 small roll + 1 tsp mayo
55 minute wog in the hills!
Supper: 3/4 baked potato + 5 ounces chicken fry steak + 1 artichoke with mayo
