Positive thinking
A quote from Norman Voncent Peale:
A positive thinker does not refuse to recognize the negative; he refuses to dwell on it. Positive thinking is a form of thought which habitually looks for the best result from the worst conditions.
Have that Best Result Day you've been dreaming of!

Maybe I am a positive thinker. I went out for dinner last night, did not touch ONE of the chips on my plate that came with the mahi mahi tacos I ordered and the scale was down this morning! That was the best result I could have hoped for - positive reinforcement!
