LOL, maybe you should!! I am still struggling with exercising though!! ugh!! I have found the time to eat right, now I need to find the time and exercise!! Spring is around the corner and the kids will be buggin to get out so I know that I wont have any excuses then, WAIT I shouldnt have any now!!! I have housework to do today THEN I will walk my 1 mile DVD and do 40 crunches!!  NO EXCUSES!!

Well, I know how busy you are, so remember, diet comes first.  If you start to get a little overwhelmed by too much too soon, take your time to adjust.  Just remember to take care of YOU. Blowing Kisses Then you can work on getting to buff!
