My today 2-16-09
Playing with my GS's...all morning we finished up this damnable marble machine thing I got them for Xmas. Wow - mentally hard. Rainy day stuff. Took us 6 hours, i am not joking. I did not even eat supper last night we were so engrossed. We literally all collapsed last night after struggling for about 4 hours straight.
Dh went and got donuts while the boyz were here. Now i KNOW I did not have to eat one. But I did, with one egg + 2 slices bacon.
Played at hands on museum here in town for a couple hours.
Lunch was late: 1 large wendy's chili + few crackers
Supper will be buckwheat noodles + chicken/veggies thing

B: 1/2 cup steel cut oatmeal
6 oz. plain lowfat yogurt
1 cup blueberries
L: 2 cups Romaine with 1/4 cup shredded PS mozzarella
2 HB eggs
2 Tbsp light balsamic vinagarette
Clementine tangerine
S: 10 raw almonds
WW string cheese
D: 2 stuffed red peppers with ground turkey, brown rice, salsa combo
1 cup steamed broccoli
S: SF rice pudding
Reddi Whip
1600 calories

B: three pieced turkey bacon, egg whites,, and V8 juice
L: apple with almond butter
S: protein shake
D: waffles with strawberries
S: a boy that is trying to get back together with my daughter brought us all sundaes. Think he's kissin our butts a lil bit.ha Or I should say hers.lol It's cute....but I ate half of it. :(
S: bahh, bad bad eating night. Now I felt sick because of all the carbs I ate tonight that I ended up eating about half a cup of taco meat with cheese and topped with sourcream.
