My today 2-16-09

Playing with my GS's...all morning we finished up this damnable marble machine thing I got them for Xmas. Wow - mentally hard. Rainy day stuff. Took us 6 hours, i am not joking. I did not even eat supper last night we were so engrossed. We literally all collapsed last night after struggling for about 4 hours straight.

Dh went and got donuts while the boyz were here. Now i KNOW I did not have to eat one. But I did, with one egg + 2 slices bacon.

Played at hands on museum here in town for a couple hours.

Lunch was late:  1 large wendy's chili + few crackers

Supper will be buckwheat noodles + chicken/veggies thing

Good job Trisha! I'm so proud of you!! That is fabulous!! And even though TOM is coming, I'm sure you'll do just fine!!! Way to go girl!

Good for you, Trish!  You are doing so well....how great to keep reaching new low's.

B:  1/2 cup steel cut oatmeal
      6 oz. plain lowfat yogurt
      1 cup blueberries
L:  2 cups Romaine with 1/4 cup shredded PS mozzarella
      2 HB eggs
      2 Tbsp light balsamic vinagarette
      Clementine tangerine
S:  10 raw almonds
      WW string cheese
D:  2 stuffed red peppers with ground turkey, brown rice, salsa combo
      1 cup steamed broccoli
S:  SF rice pudding
      Reddi Whip

1600 calories

B:  three pieced turkey bacon, egg whites,, and V8 juice

L:  apple with almond butter

S:  protein shake

D:  waffles with strawberries

S:  a boy that is trying to get back together with my daughter brought us all sundaes.  Think he's kissin our butts a lil bit.ha  Or I should say hers.lol  It's cute....but I ate half of it. :(

 S:  bahh, bad bad eating night.  Now I felt sick because of all the carbs I ate tonight that I ended up eating about half a cup of taco meat with cheese and topped with sourcream.

B:Two eggs cooked in EVCO topped with salsa and 1/2 avocado
S: perfect meal shake with water and ice
L: organic tomato soup topped with raw organic cheddar cheese, i slice ezekial toast with peanut/flaxseed butter, 1 sting cheese
S: 1 small organic apple
D: wild salmon, spinach salad and quinoa

WOW, your day sounds delicious and exceptionally healthy! I may have eggs in EVCO day after tomorrow. Tomorrow hubby and I are toasting each other with glasses of Cleanse for Life! 

Everything on your menu sounds so yummy.
