CPAP machine!

Today I finally got my CPAP machine!  The sales person showed me how to use it, clean it, store it, etc.  I'll have to buy a gallon of distilled water for the vaporizer on Saturday, but he said I can use tap water for the next two days.  I am looking forward to using it tonight, and to the wonderful feeling of finally being truly rested tomorrow.  I'll let you know how I do.  Below is today's menu:

Breakfast
1 banana
1-1/4 cups Cream of Wheat
1-1/2 cups light soy milk; 1 cup coffee; 2 cups water

Lunch 
1 barbeque beef patty with barbeque sauce
1/2 cup baked beans
1/3 cup cooked broccoli
1/3 cup fruit ****tail
2 cups water

Dinner
2 thighs with skin Herbed Balsamic Chicken from crockpot recipe
1 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
1/2 can vegetable soup
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
Diet Squirt

May that machine help you feel rested and stronger with food temptations.  This will be interesting to watch with you!

I have been gone til last night, and I wanted to comment on the last time I commented on eating lower carb in relation to your food plan. I know eating that way has helped me bunches on my urges to overeat - that was my only point and I did not say that very well.

I am not on a very low carb plan myself; in fact my food looks a lot like yours most days (I don't eat as much canned food cuz of sodium issues).

Just hoping you might try it.  Like you, i have little intention to ever cut off all grains so that I do not feel deprived and start a binge, but you will see how much it will help to eat them more cautiously!
