B: Smoothie made with coconut milk, 1 scoop of greens, frozen pineapple, organic raw honey to sweeten
S: perfect meal shake with water and ice
L:salad(organic romain & spring mix) with organic miso ginger dressing
S: two serving organic high fiber o's with organic cream top whole milk
D: korian style beef rib meat, sauteed onions and button mushrooms
S: 1 slice ezekial toast with organic butter, 4 oz bluberry and cream yogurt

Well.. I didn't stick to the eggs.
had 4 egg yolks.. breakfast and lunch
Then I made tuna salad.. and had a scoop
then ate two chicken thighs
then more tuna salad
prolly had more tuna salad around 11 when I woke up... now it's 2:45 am.. and I'm hving coffee. and had more tuna salad.
Can find a ketone with both hands and a flashlight anyway.

didn't work out.. didn't tan.. didn't get my nails done... even shut off my phone and hid from David....................feel myself closing back in with every pound I regain.
