Abstinent once again
Breakfast
1 banana
1 cup raisin bran
1-1/2 cups vanilla light soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
3 roasted chicken wings
1/2 cup spanish rice
1/3 cup cooked corn
1/3 cup cooked pear cubes
2 cups water
Dinner
1 cup Tuna Helper
1 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 can vegetable soup
2 cups vanilla light soy milk
I am back to being abstinent again. I won't count days of abstinence anymore, since that was only to keep track in case somebody wanted me to do a lead in the future (need at least six months of abstinence for that). I'm not going to concern myself with leads, just in choosing to be abstinent one day at a time, with my Higher Power's Help.
