what did you eat today? 2/10/09

Breakfast- 5 slices of bacon, celery w. cream cheese, jello with whipped topping- 5 carbs

snack- Atkins shake- 1 carb

Lunch- hot dog w. relish and mustard, salad- 5 carbs

snack- peanut butter w. whipped topping (found some with NO sugar)

Dinner- Chicken w. veggies or Cabbage wraps (not sure yet)

L: bologna/ham/cheese roll ups (3 carbs)
D: Salad w/cucumbers, peppers and grilled chicken (5 carbs)
S: Almonds (2 carbs)
S: Jell-o w/whip cream (3 carbs)

Carbs: 13
