what did you eat today? 2/10/09
Breakfast- 5 slices of bacon, celery w. cream cheese, jello with whipped topping- 5 carbs
snack- Atkins shake- 1 carb
Lunch- hot dog w. relish and mustard, salad- 5 carbs
snack- peanut butter w. whipped topping (found some with NO sugar)
Dinner- Chicken w. veggies or Cabbage wraps (not sure yet)
