What did you eat today? 2/9/09
Im back, again!! LOL And doin 20carbs! Gotta clean the system, from the 5 lbs I gained back AAAHHH!!
Breakfast- Bacon, string cheese
Snack- Atkins shake
Lunch- turkey burger w. lettace, tomato, mayo and mustard, Jello w. Sugar free whipped topping (I know its not on atkins induction, but NO sugar and 3carbs for 2tbs, sooo)

Dinner- taco salad with lots of veggies!!

B:two egg omlet (splash milk, sea salt & pepper) salsa and organic raw mild cheddar 1 piece Ezekial toast with organic butter
S: Perfect meal shake with water and ice
L: salad (organic romain and baby spring mix) 1 organic carrot, two tbsp organic miso ginger dressing, 1/2 grilled cheese sand. on 100% whole wheat
S: 1 small organic apple, 1 deviled egg 1/2
D: free range ground turkey/beef mixture cooked with tamari sauce and bean sprouts, carrots green and whit onions (thanks for the idea Ruth!) and Quinoa i had less than 1/2 cup of this

mid morning: 4oz grape juice, 2 tiny slim jims, 1c fresh pineapple, 1 snack cup baby dills (ZERO calories!!!!!!! WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!!)
L: 1 grapefruit, 1c grapes, 1 snack bag chili cheese fritos
D: 2 bean and cheese burritos w/ enchilada sauce
Had 4 small pcs chocolate and a couple other sugar candies
