B:two eggs cooked in EV coconut oil topped with salsa and 1/2 avocado
S: perfect meal shake blended with water ice and 5 frozen strawberries
L:organic tomato soup, melted mozarella cheese on top, 1 small organic apple
S:two celery sticks with 2 tbsp raw almond butter
D:grilled wild salmon, grilled asparagus, sauteed (in organic butter) organic zuchini and onions

I did not have a very good eating day yesterday, even though I ate only two points above my allotted 28 Weigh****cher's points.
B - Nature's Path organic blueberry, flax, cinnamon instant oatmeal packet with 1 cup of raspberries. 24 oz water.
L - Tuna salad in a medium-sized sundried tomato wrap. I scraped out most of the tuna because it was loaded with mayo. About 1 1/2 cups of carrot and celery sticks and a honey tangerine. 24 oz water.
S - One bite of chocolate and a few mixed nuts.
D - Lean Cuisine chicken with almonds meal, 2 slices of Finlandia light Swiss cheese, and then, instead of eating vegetables and fruit as I'd planned, I ate 1 slice of whole grain cinnamon raisin bread and two chocolate Vita Muffins. 16 oz water.
So, no binging, but I get disappointed with myself when I don't eat enough produce. Still, considering that this week was my TOM, I did very well. I don't think I had more than 1500 calories on any day.
