Grrr!!!!
Hello everyone!! I know that I have been away for a loooong time. I have no idea where anyone is at on their goals and their lives. GRRRR!!! And in doing that, I have dropped off my goals! I was at 187 at Thanksgiving. I am now at 205. I have so much stress right now, but I am having a hard time getting back on track here. I know what I need to do, I just can't seem to do it. I can't seem to stop going out to eat lunch. It is very frustrating. To have lost so much and maintained that for a year just to fall off again. I need a swift kick in the A$$......Good luck to us all!

You can still go out to eat - I do a lot. I usually go to Applebee's and get one of their Weigh****cher's meals and a side salad with dressing on the side (because otherwise that WW meal is not going to fill me up).
Stress is a killer and always make me want to eat. Hang in there.
Original goal: lose 53 lbs. New goal: lose 68-78 lbs total.
When Mary gets back, she'll gently kick ya! She's good at that.
Stress, lack of sleep, and dehydration are KILLER obstacles to reaching your desired body weight. A good program addresses all of those things, as well as the other causes of excess weight.
