Avoided temptation

I was tempted today on 2 occasions.  I) I was fixing breakfast for my morning client, and she told me to throw away two slices of a used up loaf of white bread.  I did it, before I could stop and eat the bread.  When I got out the new loaf, I was tempted again to eat the end piece, which my client doesn't like, but I threw that in the trash before I could.

Later, while out getting her prescription, I went in the front entrance to the drug store she uses, instead of the back entrance, like I usually do.  This is because I wanted to avoid the Cookies By Design store at the back entrance.

Breakfast
1 banana
1-1/3 cups grits
1-1/2 cups light soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water

Lunch
Breaded turkey fritter
1/2 cup scalloped potatoes
1/3 cup fruit ****tail
1/3 cup cooked green beans
2 cups water

Dinner
1 cup Tuna Helper
1/2 can vegetable soup
1 cup fresh strawberries
2 cups light soy milk
