Hey Janina, I decided I better get in here and start posting my food intake again. To be honest, I'm trying to figure out if it makes it worse or better??
B: protein shake
L: salad with romaine, shredded chicken, mozzarella, cucumber, with ranch dressing.
D: chicken breast with tikka masala and asparagus and a soy latte
S: a few snap peas or another protein shake
