Lunch
1 small beef enchilada & 1 small beef tamale in sauce
1/3 cup refried beans
1/3 cup spanish rice
1 small red delicious apple
2 cups water
Dinner
1 serving Hamburger Helper
1/2 can vegetable soup
1/2 pint fresh blueberries
2 cups light soy milk (shopped today)
1 Slim A Bear sugar-free, low fat ice cream bar
