B: two eggs scrambled with salsa and 1/2 avocado
S: Perfect meal shake with water and 1/2 banana
L: 1 strawberry 3 slices fresh mozarella cheese, two slices tomato, 2 leaves basil, drizzle of EVOO, 3/4 cup organic whole plain yogurt, I tbsp honey, handful raw almonds.
S: two servings whole grain cheerios W/ sliced strawberries and whole milk
D: Juan pollo chicken and salsa NO Tortillas

D: 1 baked chicken breast in tomatoes, 3/4c corn
S: 1c sugar free homemade mango strawberry sorbet
S: snack bag chili cheese fritos

1 bowl Olive garden pasta fagioli soup + 1 dish salad
Snack: 1 svg hi fiber crackers + 2 tsp pb
Supper 8 pm - long day at work - Board mtg usurped exercise plans after work:
1/2 svg pretzel chips + 4 oz grilled scallops w/ bacon + 1 med sweet potato, grilled + 1 c cabbage with dressing
That's it.
