D: 2 double quarter pounder hamburgers, no bun, w/mayo, lettuce, pickle, tomatoe (10 carbs)

HW: 460 (12/18/14) SW: 419 (6/4/15) CW: 330 (10/19/15) Mini goal: 319 by 10/4/15

 B: Smoothie made from coconut milk, frozen strawberries, ice,1 scoop perfect food berry greens, and honey
S: Perfect meal shake made with water and ice and 1 banana
L:  I serving organic high fiber o's sliced strawberry's & whole milk
S:1 small organic apple
D: Either fish and salad or homemade chili

M2: 1/4 of a 6" roast beef sub, baked BBQ lays
D: fish and chips- 3pcs fish, small fries, 2 tartar sauce, sm pomegranate berry smoothie...(Jack in the Crack combo meal)
S: box sweethearts, 1/2c macadamias

Also had 1/2 a Mt. Dew.
