I am LOVING my Atkins plan!! The pounds keep melting off me! (I know it'll slow down, and it's only coming off so fast cuz I've got so much to loose, but I'm in heaven right now!) Just weighed in, and I'm down 11.5lbs this week! Yay!! That brings me down to 382.5, 64.5lbs lost from my start weight!! Whoo HOO!! 

HW: 460 (12/18/14) SW: 419 (6/4/15) CW: 330 (10/19/15) Mini goal: 319 by 10/4/15

Hey, congratu-freakin'-lations! :)

Maybe I need to ditch Weight Watchers and go for Atkins! 11.2 pounds? Don't count it all as just because you have so much to lose. I weigh almost exactly what you weigh now, (meaning that I too have a lot to lose)  and I've lost just 1.5 pounds less than you, 63 point something, and. . .  I lost 0 pounds this week.  :(  I even worked out twice a weekday.
