L: Chicken and broccoli (6 carbs)
D: Bologna and cheese roll ups
S: Jell-o and whip cream

B: two eggs cooked in coconut oil, topped with salsa and served with sauted yellow squash
S: one serving perfect meal fiber shake + 1 tbsp peanut butter
L: two lean turkey patties, salad with romain, homemade organic dressing, 1/2 avocado
S: 1 small organic apple
D: coconut curry chicken and brown rice

L - Banana, 3 Clementines, and 1/4 cup of trail mix

D - Cheeseburger w/ a veggie side veggies TBD

I didn't post this weekend Saturday I had lardo refried beans...   But Sunday I did okay.  Some how I still managed to loose a pound even w/ my TOM visiting.  So I am now under 200 with a weight of 199.

Today = Good!

1 choco whey protein shake

L: 4 oz shrimp + thousand island dressing, home made by DH, included HB eggs over lettuce/cukes

55 minute wog in big hills!

Supper: 1 large baked lite breaded chicken breast + 1/2 c barley rice + 1 artichoke with mayo
