Yesterday oops
Well, today is Groundhog Day! Does anybody really believe in that superstition about how soon spring comes? I don't, but if I did, I know the groundhog would've seen his shadow today, since the sun has come out, and it's relatively balmy, for February (yesterday got up in the 40's!).
Also, yesterday after the church service I had a few "goodies", even though I intended not to. I don't feel terribly guilty, for today was to be my first day back on track, anyway. I'm glad to hear that you are getting your CPAP machine. Hopefully you'll see an improvement in your sleep soon and good for you for getting back on track today! Weight loss/adherence isn't linear so there will be peaks and valleys.
Although you can be a good role model for your husband regarding appropriate foods for a diabetic, I don't believe that you are responsible for his health. He is responsible for his health; you are responsible for yours.
