B: 1c oatmeal
L: bacon cheese and 1/2 order curly fries, sm Dr. Pepper (Hardee's)
D: lg grilled cheese (2pcs multigrain bread, lots of velveeta and no butter), 1c cream of mushroom
Snacks: 2 oreos, 4pcs russell stover cheesecake chocolates, 8oz hawaiian punch
Like I said my diet majorly SUCKS right now! I have gained weight and it ****** me off but I know it's my own damn fault. My ass got lazy and my get up and go got up and went.

beth, that day of food was not that bad - hey i have lived worse! Sure the sugar was over the top, but calorically, I bet it is in the ballpark of acceptable for you.
My day yesterday was not that great either!
B: 2 eggs + 1/4 c cheese + 1 c spinach + 3 turkey sausages + 1 small oj
SuperBowl Party snacks:
1 roll + 1 tsp mayo + turkey + cheese
1 svg tortilla chips+ 1/4 c guac
3-4 small meatballs
Supper, very late: I carl's large junior burger w/ cheese + 1 order onion rings
1 small piece of chocolate cake
Only exercise: housework!
