B - Amy's tofu spinach scramble (has sides of hash browns and tomato), 1/4 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese, and 8 oz of Tropicana light orange juice

Original goal: lose 53 lbs.  New goal: lose 68-78 lbs total.

Kind of a ****ty day for eating so far and no real hope in reasonable sight to change it much today.

2 hours housework, 1 hour music lesson

4 (!) halves of hi fiber english muffins over a couple hours. 2 had natural pb on them. I also have nf milk - about 2 cups when I ate them

1 ww roll with leftover bbq beef on it + fat slice onion + 1 banana + more milk

This afternoon to early evening:  a party. Spaghetti no less. I plan to eat more salad than pasta. No bread.

Good news: there will be 3 bands, so I will be dancing.  a lot.

I will drink, beer, but will keep it down.

B:  lf yogurt with eze cereal and flax seed

L:  protein shake

S:  green juice

D:  bowl of chili, probably melon or some kind of fruit for dessert

At Costco's they were mixing any kind of Alaskan beer for you since it's Superbowl weekend .  So I got a mixture of IPA, Winters ale, and stout.  I'm the stout person in the house, but I want to drink at last one of the others tonight to try these ones out since they didn't have my porter house. :) I did have a sip of dh last night, he was drinking the IPA and it was wonderful!  So....three or four beers?!?!

B: none...woke up a little too late and had to get to work.

L: 1/2 a turkey and cheese wrap on flatouts wrap (light) with mayo and mustard.

D: pork roast (3oz)w/gravy,au gratin potatoes (just a few) and broccoli.
