Breakfast- mini cheddar sausages, celery w. cream cheese, jello

snack- aktins shake, jello (cant taste anything due to being sick)

lunch- had grilled slice of bologna w. cheese and mustard (it was prity good), gonnna try and get in some veggies as well.

snack- atkins shake

Way to go Trisha! I'm glad to see you're back, even though you're not feeling well!  Get better quick!!
I have to confess I messed up last night...I found some cadbury cream eggs I got back when I was eating junk, and instead of throwing them out, I obsessed about them till I gave in and ate them...all four of them! Then I moved on to the leftover icecream in the fridge and some microwave popcorn! OMG I felt sick, but now there's absolutly no junk left in the house...should have got rid of it another way, though!! I'm back on track today, and I'm hoping despite my mess up, I'll have a loss come monday!

B - maple brown sugar and pecan oatmeal packet and two cups of strawberries, 24 oz of water

L - About 4 oz of skinless, white meat turkey, couple of bites of bread stuffing, one cup of steamed zucchini, 1/2 cup roasted red pepper, and 16 oz of fresh-brewed iced tea with 1.5 packets of Splenda

S - two small apples (one Granny Smith and one Macintosh) and 8 oz water

D - Amy's Veggie Loaf meal (comes with small sides of mashed potatoes and peas/corn) with 1/4 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese, one cup of cherry tomatoes, 1/2 cup of baby carrots, and 24 oz of water

S - Skinny Cow vanilla and caramel ice cream cone, two slices of Finlandia reduced fat Swiss cheese, a couple of saltines


Original goal: lose 53 lbs.  New goal: lose 68-78 lbs total.
