What did you eat today? 01/29 - 1 Year Anniversary!!
*Today is the 1 year anniversary of "What did you eat today?". I started posting this daily thread one year ago today. I'm really happy how it's helped keep us accountable and with few exceptions, we've posted it every day. Thanks so much to everyone who's started this post when I haven't.
B: Coffee w/cream
L: Chicken & broccoli in Garlic sauce (6 carbs)
D: London Broil and salad (3 carbs)
S: Jell-o w/whipcream (3 carbs)

diced medium apple with cinnamon
L: (out to eat again)
spinach salad with bacon, red onion, HB egg, black olives, grape tomatoes
2 Tbsp dressing....not sure what kind it was
S: LF string cheese
Clementine tangerine
D: 6 oz. broiled salmon
1 cup brown rice
steamed broccoli
small side salad with oil & vinegar
S: handful almonds

Happy Anniversay Baby! Yes, it is a great thread to write it all out. Even when i don't post here, I think about what i did eat by increments and look over parts i wished I'd doen differently.
Since I am two day slate here, i will report 1-30-09 food/activity for me:
8 min asanas, ball crunches, plan push ups, etc
1 hi pro whey drink running out the door
small apple
L: 1 orange + 1/2 chicken breast grilled on spinach + full fat cesar dressing.
wogging in the big hills area - 55 minutes.
several gin + diet tonics!
Supper: 1 large bun with bbq beef + sweet potato fries + coleslaw
tv snack: nachos
