Mmmm, Janina! that chicken and broccoli in garlic sauce sounds good! Is it a recipie? I'd like to try it!
B: Atkins bar (3 carbs)

D: salad w/lettuce, turkey, egg, and italian dressing ( 8 carbs)
lemon pepper fish fillets (2 carbs)
S: sf jello
tea w/cream & sweetener (2 carbs)
Carbs: 20

Way to much!!! I had a bad day and emotionally ate like I never ate before... Here's to honesty... Aproximately 3100 calories later:
B - Fiber one pancakes w/ blueberries and a 1/5 a grapefruit
S- activia
L- Minestrone Soup
S - Fiber one bar
D - (the list will go on forever) Spicy chicken sandwich, small fries, 1/2 an oreo cookie shake, 2 jalepeno poppers, 1/2 a jumbo jack, and a taco!
I don't understand why I choose to eat when I'm feeling down (I'm sure most of you have done it at least once and ask yourself the same question), it really doesn't accomplish anything. And afterwards you always feel like crap. But the good thing is this is the 1st time I have broken the calories I burn in over 2 weeks and it feels horrible! I just hope I don't gain back the 5 lbs that I lost. Now it's time to work on the eliptical thanks for listening!

Okay....so I've been doing this no flour, no sugar thing for 3 + weeks now and decided today to have a planned "off plan" day. I paid off my mortgage and we decided to go out to dinner and celebrate. Hopefully I can be right back at it tomorrow.
B: 1 egg, 2 white omelet with mushrooms and smidge butter
S: 2 LF string cheese
L: taco salad (minus shell) with Romaine, ground turkey breast, celery , radishes, Oil & vinegar dressing
1/2 cup sliced beets
Clementine tangerine
D: cup chicken pastina soup
2 slices Italian bread (thin) with 1 pat butter
stuffed rigatoni with meat sauce and Asiago cheese
piece of chocolate cake with peanut butter filling and chocolate ganache....sinfully delicious and I savored every last morsel

Sherrie! For an 'off day' you still managed to eat mindfully and for the most part healthily! I think thats great! When I give myself an off day, I go crazy and eat everything in sight...not good. I think you'll do fine getting right back on track tomorrow! Way to go!
